Job Description

SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as the Executive Assistant.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Some personal assisting as needed
  • Being a gatekeeper for any incoming calls, emails, etc.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Helping coordinate and plan events and corporate functions
  • Providing all administrative support such as calendar management, email correspondence, expense reporting, document management, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Assembling various reports and spreadsheets
  • Assisting in various projects and business needs
  • Ensuring that schedules and deadlines are being followed
  • Building positive and professional relationships with key stakeholders and staff
  • Other duties as assigned, no two days will be the same. Must be able to take a request and run with it, follow through, and see it to completion.
  • Handling highly confidential information
  • Performing research on various subjects
  • Sitting in on Board Meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items
  • Keeping the CEO on time and informed of any upcoming events/meetings


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting a C-Level Executive
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive
  • A pleasant, personable, and calm demeanor; serving as the face of the company & CEO
  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
  • Ability to take direction well
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, good grammar
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Suite)
  • Top notch organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Able to uphold professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Able to be both autonomous and work in a team
