Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant/ Marketing Coordinator's central responsibilities include scheduling, logistics, facilities maintenance, and general administrative support to the President of Sharecare Inc.'s Consumer Division and assignments such as event planning, client gifting, custom mailings and more from the SVP Integrated Marketing.


Essential Job Functions:

• Recommend and organize client functions and assist with facilitation of events

• Facilitate weekly sales meetings

• Execute custom mailings for clients and present to sellers, maintain an ongoing database of email and physical addresses for clients, along with vendors for mailings

• Coordinate travel for conferences and, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations for conferences

• Independently design and/or collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials for client mailings/entertainment and major conference events

• Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, trend changes in marketplace and advertising – in preparation for annual GTM product ideation efforts

• Conduct competitor research and analyze data using MediaRadar to identify sales opportunities and market share

• Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management. MailChimp knowledge a plus

• Create, organize, and maintain the library of assets, including product sell sheets, patient insights, case studies and more

• Provide administrative assistance to the President of Life Sciences and SVP of Integrated Marketing by managing calendars and expense reports

• Coordinate travel arrangements for internal teams for conferences and annual meetings

• Serve as the point person for office manager duties to include vendor management, and primary office contact


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field

• 2 yrs experience in a marketing support role

• Advanced MS Office skills to include Powerpoint, Word and Excel.

• Ability to work in the office 2 days/week

• Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills

• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies

• Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies


Pay Rate:

$28.85/hour- $31.25/hour
