Job Description

Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant (Banking)


Schedule: Hybrid work schedule, working both from home and in the office a few days per week.


Duties:

  • Client Corrospondence
  • Supporting multiple executives and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Travel arrangements
  • Acting as gatekeeper to executives and C-Suite and above IN banking
  • Various department data and presentation projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Reporting functions using all MS Office programs
  • Assist with various reporting requests.
  • Heavy calendar management and scheduling


Pay $80K plus a $20K bonus.
