A prominent global finance firm seeks a bright and professional Executive Assistant to support a team of investment professionals!

Responsibilities will include…

• Coordinating meeting materials and ensuring executives are prepared accordingly
• Managing calendars and scheduling meetings across global time zones
• Preparing expense reports in a timely manner
• Providing ad-hoc assistance with projects and administrative tasks
• Booking extensive travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, etc.
• Handling a range of phone calls and email correspondence

Qualified applicants will have 5+ years of experience supporting several high-level executives, background within finance or professional services, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, an excellent sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize conflicting needs with discretion.
