Employer Brand - Events Program Manager

Our client, a Software Development company, is seeking a talented Events Program Manager to join their team and play a vital role in shaping their employer brand through impactful third-party and first-party events. Reporting to the Manager of Employer Branding, you will have the opportunity to lead and execute their event strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all participants. As the Events Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their event needs and develop creative solutions that align with their employer branding goals and support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute events, including conferences, thought-leadership panels, and webinars.

- Develop event marketing strategies, create materials, and promote events through various channels.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, vendors and partners.

- Manage event budgets, estimating costs, negotiating contracts, and tracking expenses.

- Evaluate event success, gather feedback, analyze data, and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of event management experience, preferably in managing corporate events.

- Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively plan and execute events.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and vendor coordination.

- Budget management experience, including cost estimation, negotiation, and expense tracking.

- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple events simultaneously.

This role can be based in their NYC, Chicago, or Austin offices, or remote within the Eastern or Central time zones.
