- Build relationships with customers and industry leaders to collaborate on events
- Provide support for on-site reps and vendors; handle logistical tasks including shipments, registrations, booth service ordering, team prep, travel, booth set-up, and take-down
- Assist with different projects as needed with the marketing team
- Work with key stakeholders, and cross-functional partners across sales, product marketing, content, and branding teams to develop and execute innovative, immersive, and impactful branded programs
- Plan, develop, and execute event marketing programs and design unique experiences - online and offline - to build awareness and demand of Fireblocks brand, products, and services
- Conduct post-event wrap-up and analysis
- Proactively manage the event budget, track and evaluate results against goals and identify learnings for improvement
- Manage Spark events calendar, and project deadlines, and produce event updates to coordinate all aspects of the event (e.g. agenda, timelines, venues, suppliers, giveaways, booth, staffing, budgets, etc.)
- Ability to travel as required
- 3+ years of event management experience including field events, tradeshows, conferences, and virtual events/webinars – Experience at a B2B tech company is not required, but would be a bonus
- Creative, able to think outside the box, demonstrable problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Clear, thoughtful communicator (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with cross-functional groups and executive leadership
- Experience with end-to-end event program production from conception to completion – including third-party and suppliers management, booth design, branding, and logistics
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to successfully manage and execute multiple projects with different priorities and stakeholders
