Job Description
About This Role

Zoom is looking for an Enterprise Sales Associate (ESA) to support our Healthcare Enterprise team in generating new business sales revenue within the Enterprise account base. This will be achieved through effective territory planning, using business development techniques and sales activities within an assigned territory, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Top Enterprise Sales Associates showcase the ability to focus on understanding a prospect organization’s initiatives, challenges, pain points and how Zoom solutions provide outcomes that align to those business initiatives.
About The Team
As a member of the Zoom Healthcare team, you will promote the vision of Zoom serving as the communications engine that drives digital health. You will have the opportunity to define collaboration needs serving patients, members, employees and communities. You will advocate the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. Your opportunity is to improve engagements across the care continuum by doing what’s right for their business, to meet them where they are in their cloud journey and to provide them with the best solutions for innovation.
About The Role
  • Partner with Healthcare Enterprise Account Executives, BDRs, and product specialists to meet or exceed quarterly, bi-annual and annual sales objectives.
  • Run sales from start to finish where the average sales cycle is 3-6 months.
  • Work with support teams to achieve success including systems engineers, solution architects and field leadership
  • Manage a territory in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives
  • Build business relationships to increase customer adoption
Basic Qualifications
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • 1+ years experience in a sales or sales support role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting client demos/presentations
  • Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Experience with UCaaS or platform sales
  • Salesforce (CRM) experience
  • Experience selling into the Healthcare industry
  • 2+ years of Account Management experience in a SaaS company
  • Experience driving full sales cycles in highly complex & large accounts.
Minimum
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$86,200.00
Maximum
$174,400.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
