Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management credentials

An Experienced Customer Success Leader –

Identify interventionsto drive engagement and value for subscription ownersandend users

Collect, synthesize, and disseminate feedbackfrom customers across the organization to inform the efforts of our Product, Supply, and Sales organizations.

Strong organizational skills to manage client interactions, follow-ups, and deliverables.

Preferably with a background in DTC/influencer marketing/social media management etc.

Host weekly support calls (group calls or 1:1) to address client needs, offer guidance, and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Proven experience working with e-commerce brand founders and/or as a CSM for a business founders community.

Excellent critical thinking abilities to identify areas for improvement and enhance client success.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Collaborate with the account management team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to account activation.

Exceptional organization and prioritization skills - you are able to manage and a high volume of moving pieces, large and small;

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures and presentations, to effectively communicate our product offerings to brokers.

Engage with brokers through phone calls, emails, and meetings to present product offerings and provide detailed information about our services.
