Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager
Client Location: Remote; Virtual (PDT preferred)
Starting: 07/10/2023
Salary/Pay Rate: $71.21 - $79.12 hourly
Hours: Full-time
Duration: 11 months

The main function of a Diversity & Inclusion program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to learn the language of the company, department, and ultimately leadership.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Provide internal communications, curating diversity & inclusion content, and delivering information to more than 6000+ global employees
- Provide written and verbal communication to and for executive leadership.
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Tasked with building out mentorship and leadership programs.
- Responsible for building out PowerPoint decks, presentations, and lead internal stakeholder meetings.
- Need to have a strong diversity and inclusion background.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Skills:
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of computer software, such as Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Education/Experience:
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 7-10 years experience required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $71.21 - $79.12 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
