Job Description


We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) to join Procore’s Global DEIB team. In this role, you’ll help to accelerate our diversity, inclusion, and belonging transformational journey. With DEIB as a Procore executive leadership priority, you’ll serve as an agent of change, creating and evolving our strategy and initiatives that promote a culture of belonging.


As a Senior Manager, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), you’ll serve as a senior-level agent of change, leading the creation of meaningful strategies and innovative programs that establish a solid link to Procore’s business and talent strategies. This role requires a deep understanding and level of expertise across DEIB and the ability to engage in multiple key projects, engage in DEIB communications and lead DEIB metrics tracking.


This position reports into the VP, Diversity Inclusion and Belonging. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.


What you’ll do:


  • Function as a subject matter expert leveraging data from engagement surveys and organizational culture audits to inform and present recommendations to executive leadership on existing and newly developed solutions
  • Work closely with VP DEIB on strategic priorities that span across the team and business
  • Support the execution of Diversity and Inclusion systems goals and obligations such as site-specific meetings, presentations, and planning of major rollouts.
  • Own and maintain the project portfolio related to the top DEIB strategic initiatives
  • Lead key projects across DEIB, including metrics, transparency, communication, deep dives on dimensions of diversity, and DEIB scorecards
  • Perform data collection and analysis relevant to Race, Ethnicity, and Language (Real) data to identify disparities, cultural competency needs, and implications to design improvement
  • Improve and report on the KPIs that measure the effectiveness and success of Procore’s DEIBs initiatives
  • Build trusted partnerships with our leaders and employees to further advance our ability to tell authentic and inclusive stories
  • Revise and update DEIB areas on our website, and social media pages


What we’re looking for:


  • A very strong communicator who can articulate our DEIB mission to multiple stakeholders, helping everyone understand the role they play in that mission
  • A storyteller who can help distill complex concepts into understandable themes
  • 8+ years of DEIB experience, including 3+ years of progressive and successful leadership experience in business and/or human resources; global understanding/experience of DEIB
  • A consultative mindset to weigh the opportunities and costs of key investments and present strong recommendations based on short and long-term ROI
  • Sophisticated problem-solving capabilities and experience structuring complex analyses to drive actionable insights that enable effective strategy
  • Expert program/project management skills with experience driving multiple complex strategic and operational initiatives simultaneously
  • Proven experience developing, designing, and delivering global diversity and inclusion initiatives and communications
  • Strong work ethic, effective conflict resolutions skills, professional transparency, and sound business acumen
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage competing expectations from a large variety of stakeholders
  • Strong acumen with diversity, inclusion, and belonging concepts and programs, strategy


Additional Information


Base Pay Range $152,000-$209,000. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
