- Function as a subject matter expert leveraging data from engagement surveys and organizational culture audits to inform and present recommendations to executive leadership on existing and newly developed solutions
- Work closely with VP DEIB on strategic priorities that span across the team and business
- Support the execution of Diversity and Inclusion systems goals and obligations such as site-specific meetings, presentations, and planning of major rollouts.
- Own and maintain the project portfolio related to the top DEIB strategic initiatives
- Lead key projects across DEIB, including metrics, transparency, communication, deep dives on dimensions of diversity, and DEIB scorecards
- Perform data collection and analysis relevant to Race, Ethnicity, and Language (Real) data to identify disparities, cultural competency needs, and implications to design improvement
- Improve and report on the KPIs that measure the effectiveness and success of Procore’s DEIBs initiatives
- Build trusted partnerships with our leaders and employees to further advance our ability to tell authentic and inclusive stories
- Revise and update DEIB areas on our website, and social media pages
- A very strong communicator who can articulate our DEIB mission to multiple stakeholders, helping everyone understand the role they play in that mission
- A storyteller who can help distill complex concepts into understandable themes
- 8+ years of DEIB experience, including 3+ years of progressive and successful leadership experience in business and/or human resources; global understanding/experience of DEIB
- A consultative mindset to weigh the opportunities and costs of key investments and present strong recommendations based on short and long-term ROI
- Sophisticated problem-solving capabilities and experience structuring complex analyses to drive actionable insights that enable effective strategy
- Expert program/project management skills with experience driving multiple complex strategic and operational initiatives simultaneously
- Proven experience developing, designing, and delivering global diversity and inclusion initiatives and communications
- Strong work ethic, effective conflict resolutions skills, professional transparency, and sound business acumen
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage competing expectations from a large variety of stakeholders
- Strong acumen with diversity, inclusion, and belonging concepts and programs, strategy
