Diversity And Inclusion Operations Lead

In partnership with other functions in Global Development and within multiple TAs, services include leading the activities to identify and develop process changes required that will enable an increased participation of under-represented populations in clinical trials.

The person providing these services will be part of a passionate team that strives to change internal culture and behaviors to strengthen our understanding of disease disparities, the effects on diverse populations and the importance of inclusion in clinical trials.

Deliverables:

• Services rendered will adhere to applicable SOPs, WIs, policies, local regulatory requirements, ICH-GCP, etc.

• Support the Director, DICT in the development and execution of the DICT roadmap and action planning to increase awareness and participation

• Identify and develop process improvements aligned to Clinical Trial Lifecycle to increase diverse participation

• Develop and implement dashboard to track progress of DICT implementation

• Serve as the expert on diverse recruiting practices and support teams in implementation of these practices

• Lead internal engagement activities to promote a deeper understanding of and commitment to

DICT within the organization
