This opportunity is a calling for a multifaceted Program Coordinator with a keen focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The role requires you to be the glue binding specific projects, data analysis, and diversity initiatives. You'll be working closely with various teams including engineers, overseeing project timelines, liaising between internal teams, and handling multiple projects with precision and excellence. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
- Liaison for Diversity Initiatives: Partner with various teams to drive the implementation of diversity initiatives. Draft and review messaging from a diversity and inclusion perspective.
- Project & Program Management: Coordinate specific projects, drive detailed planning, and direct workflows to meet milestones. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously.
- Event Coordination & Executive Support: Handle project events/logistics and offer support to executives, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
- Data Analytics & Communication: Analyze data to identify themes and outcomes. You'll be comfortable in delivering presentations to the business, and your written and verbal communication skills will be crucial.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation Expertise: Experience in delivering presentations and converting notes/data into slides.
- Diversity & Inclusion Focus: Experience working with or in support of diverse communities. Knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
- Data-Savvy: Comfort with data, ideally with an analytics background.
Minimum Qualifications
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Programs, and comfortable with technical terms.
- MUST have experience working for a tech company
- 2+ Years in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: A focus on managing underrepresented talent.
- 4+ Years in Project Management: Managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.

- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Brilliance: Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Agile & Flexible: Experience in a fast-paced work environment and adaptability to changes in priorities.
