Job Summary
We are growing our DE&I Team at Real Chemistry and are looking for a Senior Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). This pivotal role will be focused on creating, leading and supporting our business and people objectives by providing subject matter expertise on diversity, equity and inclusion practices and processes. The DE&I team, in partnership with others in HR, provides solutions to drive inclusiveness, diversity and equity through the entire employee life cycle. This role will report to the Co-Head of Global Human Resources.
This role can be fully remote in the U.S.; we will also consider candidates with the ability to go into the New York City office or Chicago office 2 days per week.
What You’ll Do
  • Work closely with client and company procurement and legal groups as it relates to supplier data and partnership.
  • Serve as a key strategic partner, to employees and coach/educate both employees and leaders on relevant DE&I topics and initiatives to ensure strategy and tactics are relevant and meaningful to the business.
  • Work closely with L&D Director to provide coaching, education and consultation to business leaders to develop goals and practices that positively impact diversity and inclusion outcomes.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to diversify talent pipelines and external / industry partners to source high caliber talent.
  • Continuously enhance DE&I practices through providing insights that increase awareness of market/industry trends and sharing best practices to support an inclusive environment.
  • Develop and implement an insights driven strategic plan for diversity and inclusion (people and culture) working closely with the businesses, HR partners to create a cohesive strategy
  • Oversee and support our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by providing coordinated tools, resources, guidance and thought leadership to meet DE&I goals and align to Company strategy.
  • Move thoughtfully and quickly, with regular communication and collaboration with partners and drives visible progress against objectives.
  • Partner with HR Operations, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition to develop and deliver consistent metrics and reporting to enable leaders to assess outcomes, understand trends and inform decisions through the complete employee life cycle.

What You’ll Have
  • Compelling track record of working collaboratively with the business, HR and DE&I to drive outcomes and change.
  • Knowledge of best practices and innovative talent trends with a focus on creative and production talent.
  • Ability to lead with the business in mind; thinking and acting strategically
  • Proven success working in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Experience building and motivating high-performing, cross functional and collaborative teams.
  • Proven experience building and executing DE&I strategy.
  • Approximately 10 years of diversity, equity and inclusion and/or HR experience, ideally with a global company.
  • Proven ability to build relationships/partnerships, influence stakeholders and drive to action/results at all levels of matrixed organization.

Pay Range: $180,000-$190,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
