The Role
As a Revenue Operations Specialist on our team, you’ll manage the Mach49 CRM from end to end, including initial implementation, day-to-day operations, and making continuous improvements. More than just a data tracker and organizer, we need a Revenue Operations Specialist who can analyze, synthesize, and build a strategy based on the information collected. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple departments (e.g., Business Development, Marketing, Delivery) to deploy a coordinated effort to maintain current clients and engage new ones.
  • Support Sales, Business Development, and Finance on pipeline and forecasting including maintaining and building metrics dashboards.
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure security and data protection measures meet latest and highest security standards.
  • Using enhanced data analysis skills for monitoring and reporting on the success of adoption and effectiveness of new features in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure system build is meeting cross-department expectations and requirements. Integrate third-party platforms with CRM as needed.
  • Extract data from the CRM and / or synthesize CRM trends for management in reports on an as-needed basis.
  • Partner with Marketing to define seasonal strategies and tactics for implementation across Business Development.
  • Regularly audit, de-dupe, and enrich data for quality and accuracy.
  • Evaluate current processes, determine how these can be improved, and implement new solutions.
  • Design, maintain, and enhance workflow logic for data quality and user experience.
  • Create, monitor, and present best practice performances and deal attribution models for multichannel sales to improve the overall Sales process and pipeline.
  • Train and onboard relevant team members in CRM usage and troubleshoot internal CRM-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Create and deliver presentations on your findings and recommendations from your analysis of business-grounded data.
  • Lead, construct, and deliver projects that elevate business perception, leading to more informed decisions from both an operational and sales perspective.
  • Implement and manage a company-wide CRM migration, including owning and operating the CRM system build, change requests, user permissions / management, and bug resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience with process mapping, use case and requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and ability to manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle is desired.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work when the work is needed, and to wear different hats and learn / deploy new skills as the entrepreneurial environment requires.
  • Ability to execute with efficiency and urgency in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • 1 – 3 years of hands-on experience with building, maintaining, and optimizing a CRM. Hubspot certification and experience is a plus.
  • Consistent application of critical thinking skills across all workstreams.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in an operations / process role.
  • Experience at a high-growth start-up and / or in consulting is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge and proficiency in Google G-Suite, Keynote, Word, and other cloud business operating solutions.
  • Excellent writing and presentation delivery, along with the ability to communicate technology solutions to non-technical individuals and foster a collaborative environment between IT and Business Development.
Mach49 is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. We’re building a diverse, inclusive, empathetic community where every one of us belongs.
