This is a remote position.


As a Director, Product Marketing, you will play a key role in defining our product strategy, crafting compelling messaging, and developing go-to-market plans that will drive growth and increase market share. Let's talk about your role You will work closely with product leadership and product managers as they develop the roadmap to identify key value drivers that have Go-To-Market (GTM) implications. You will build and deliver external marketing communications across channels. You will build and lead the product marketing team and oversee business level messaging and positioning, and competitive product marketing. You will run MatrixCare customer research to identify insights and opportunities and work closely with Customer Experience to monitor product feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction. You will oversee the development of product messaging and content. You will proactively collaborate across all marketing teams including demand generation, brand, corporate communications, digital market and beyond. You will create compelling marketing collateral that simplifies a complex topic while driving broad awareness and interest. You will understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. You will do Annual budgeting for product launches/maintenance, research, growth initiatives and marketing campaigns. You will become an advocate for the MatrixCare Long Term Care business unit to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business objectives. You will partner with product and sales operations to build client onboarding and internal training materials. Let's talk about you Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business preferred. 7+ years of experience in product marketing. An understanding of product strategy with the ability to translate into meaningful actions and results. Fantastic storytelling skills and ability to communicate and translate technical issues to business values. Experience working with engineering teams and the ability to translate from customers to engineers (and vice versa). Proven ability to define and communicate data to define and target high propensity customer segments. Define and present innovative ideas to the product team and use influencing skills to gain buy-in to support your big ideas. Proven success developing and executing GTM plans for SaaS in FinTech or HealthTech. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, business acumen and proven ability to create senior management-level presentations.
