Job Description
This position will support The Content Experience Product Marketing Team across all global go-to-market strategies and campaign execution deliverables. They will play a critical role within the organization to ensure that all processes and cross-functional efforts are streamlined, tracked, and reported to leadership in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a creative “big-thinker” mindset backed by data, and a can-do attitude. Comfortability both working and orally presenting in a fast-paced, evolving environment is a must.


This position is based in our Glendale or New York office.


Responsibilities


  • Work closely with Product Management and cross-functional Marketing stakeholders to support product feature rollouts and enhanced content experience launches
  • Assist with reporting as needed, including compiling in-service creative executions and in-market asset performance across global marketing channels
  • Play an active role in subscriber journeys/flows across our varying product experiences within Disney+ and The Disney Bundle
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across the Walt Disney Company including brand, studio, synergy, and partner marketing to stay informed of broader company priorities that may have important impact on The Disney Bundle
  • Translate strategic business objectives into clear and actionable campaign strategy briefs, including key messages, target audience definition, and core campaign KPIs
  • Collaborate with engagement and lifecycle marketing teams as needed to ensure copy and imagery consistency across consumer engagement, retention, and growth touchpoints
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Support the Senior Product Marketing Manager with the build-out, maintenance, and evolution of greater Content Experience product roadmap and initiatives
  • Have the ability to grasp technical aspects of the product and translate them into customer benefits and value propositions


Qualifications


  • Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with analytics and data reporting tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar
  • 1 or more years in product/ tech marketing, or related field (internship experience is fine)
  • Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and target audience segmentation
  • Highly organized project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Extremely effective communicator, presenter, influence
  • Understanding of the OTT universe and subscription ecosystem is a plus


The hiring range for this position in LOS ANGELES, CA is $63,386 to $85,030 per year and in NEW YORK, NY is $66,420 to $89,100 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
