Product Portfolio Director Jobs

Our client, a trailblazer in serialization, is seeking a Product Portfolio Director to define, manage and drive the growth plans of our client’s product portfolio across the US. The position comes at a time of growth within the company, as they look to stay at the top of the industry and get ahead of their competitors.

The role

As a Product Portfolio Director, you will enhance our client’s portfolio and grow market share by delivering a world-class user experience to customers that raise-the-bar from an innovation, usability, and interaction design perspective. You will analyse the Pharma, CPG Packaging and Supply Chain market and build an understanding of the competitive landscape, trends, and technologies.

Other responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to ensure successful product delivery
• Managing user experience and UI development
• Creating and nurturing relationships with customers, users, and prospects
• Creating product collateral and content to support marketing and sales
• Developing budgets, forecasts, and goals for the Product team
• Developing and prioritising product releases
• Building a product strategy plan to support further business growth
• Leading product improvement, portfolio rationalisation, positioning and sales support

The requirements

You will have 5+ years of experience in managing teams as well as 3+ years of Product Management or Product Marketing experience with SaaS products, as well as:

• Software product management, business development and marketing experience are desired
• Experience in image and video creation editing tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop etc
• Prior experience with Serialization and Track and Trace is highly desirable
• Knowledge and experience in the Pharmaceutical and CPG industry
• Business value mindset oriented
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to keep up with the pace of the business needs
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical subjects in a clear and concise manner
• Success in growing revenue for a SaaS-based business
• Comfortable managing multiple projects independently from start to finish
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
