Overview People and Culture Specialists are responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees. They are also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and employee development. • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of performance management and employee development
• Knowledge of employee relations
• Knowledge of training and development

Job Experience
People and Culture Specialists should have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
