PayNearMe develops award-winning technology to facilitate the end-to-end customer payment experience, making it easy for businesses to manage and accept payments. We’re headquartered in Silicon Valley with our employees distributed all across the US. Help us reimagine payments!

We’re in growth mode and looking to add a dynamic Senior Manager, Business Operations, reporting to SVP Operations.


What you’ll own and be responsible for:

  • Partner with Product and Engineering leads to define the right line between product functionality and enterprise tools
  • Support Enterprise Tool selection, optimization/rationalization and support for cross-functional processes including Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, etc.
  • Identify, size and prioritize company-wide projects that enable PayNearMe to efficiently drive rapid growth
  • Lead project-based work with cross-functional teams to design and Implement operations best practices - focusing on cross-functional business processes
  • Collaborate with leaders across the company to identify key metrics, build dashboards, and recommend data-driven actions to drive operational quality, scalability, and efficiency
  • Partner with Functional and Technical leaders to set data and systems requirements to support operations needs


Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting to and influencing large groups
  • Proven problem solving and process improvement experience including issue identification, process mapping, opportunity quantification/prioritization, and solution design
  • Comfort working with a widely distributed team in a fast-paced environment where goals may be ambiguous or change quickly
  • Experience with key Enterprise tools (Salesforce, etc.) a plus
  • 7-10 years relevant experience in Management Consulting or Operations analysis
  • Proven ability to collaborate across all functions and levels within an organization in order to drive projects through to completion
  • Payments industry experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies or Project Management methodologies a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree a plus


Location: Flexible/Remote


Travel: Twice a year to headquarters

Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000

  1. Identifiers and Professional or Employment-Related Information. The Company collects identifiers and professional or employment-related information, which may include some or all the following: real name, nickname or alias, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, membership in professional organizations, professional certifications, language skills, and current and past employment history. The Company collects this Personal Information to evaluate previous job performance and consider applicants for positions, to develop a talent pool and plan for succession, to conduct applicant surveys, to maintain an internal applicant directory and for purposes of identification, to promote the Company as a place to work, and for workforce reporting and data analytics/trend analysis.
  2. Personal Information Categories from Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e). The Company may collect categories of Personal Information listed in Cal. Civ.
