Prism Lifestyle Games group is EA Mobile's collection of games that let players “shape life through your lens.” Prism Lifestyle Games is a collection of mobile games that touch tens of millions of players each month, including Design Home, Covet Fashion, Sims Freeplay, and the Sims Mobile.

Reporting to the Group GM, VP of Prism Lifestyle, the Head of Strategy and Operations role is a senior leadership position that works directly with the entire leadership team to organize and drive key business directives. This role also is the essential interface that collaborates with Corporate Strategy, Finance, People Experience, Game Studios, Marketing and many other EA groups to design strategies to help guide Prism’s vision forward with excellence, efficient flow of information, data-based decision-making and seamless execution.

Responsibilities

• Business Leadership and Strategy:
• You will facilitate the business communications internally in the teams, with broader EA Mobile and the larger EA Organization. Internally those will encompass Prism leadership team meetings, town halls, strategy development and communications, and personnel related communications.
• Executive Communications : The Head of Strategy and Operations will work with the Prism Lifestyle Group GM/VP and Game GMs to curate presentations and communications for important internal and external executive engagements.
• Advisory and Proxy Leadership :
• You will guide your direct reports as they lead budgetary planning and governance with Finance. You will also oversee your direct reports’ relationships with Talent Acquisition, People Experience, Facilities, and other EA groups, to help create strategies, improve and track execution of Prism’s hiring, contracting, planning, and business decision-making across the organization.
• You will help develop policies and accountability models for goals planning, reporting, tracking, and communications of progress towards committed team goals. Additionally, you will facilitate forums for aligning partner groups and holding them accountable to their commitments (ex. Mobile Growth Marketing, Business Development, Ad Monetization and Central Product Management).
• You will be the primary steward for annual Prism organizational goals and planning. You will lead efforts to drive strategic and operational understanding with team members within Prism, EA Mobile and EA to ensure clarity, cohesion and reporting accuracy.
• You will be an important advisor to the VP, helping to steer Prism leadership team actions and occasionally leading certain VP proxy responsibilities. The scope of this role includes active participation within EA-wide programs, requirements gathering, and deliverables tracking. The Head of Strategy and Operations will improve the use of the VP 's time by coalescing and informing her of important developments, coordinating approvals, and reducing direct involvement in daily tasks that could be resolved through other means.

Experience

• We're looking for a Senior level leader, communicator and collaborator with an ability to think strategically about the business, connecting corporate EA, EA Mobile and Prism Lifestyle strategies with the goals of each individual team. You should be able to think like a Product Manager, Marketer, GM, Executive, and player of our games.
• You will have working knowledge and/or educational background in business, accounting, finance or product management and well-developed operational soft skills. We expect you to be well-organized, disciplined, able to balance empathy with accountability, and consistently follow-up to ensure results.
• We ask that you have experience in an executive advisory role with an ability to work with a variety of teams, while partnering across complex global organizations.

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

º $207,950 - $303,100

• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):

º $193,000 - $303,100

• Jersey City, NJ:

º $231,600 - $303,100

• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):

º $193,000 - $266,050

• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

º $193,000 - $296,400

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
