We are seeking an Operations-Focued, Director-Level Professional to support multiple high-functioning teams ranging from Human Resources, Onboarding, Immigration and Compliance. You will be dedicated to service delivery, meeting and setting KPIs, leading large transition projects, and managing our global services model, operational documentation, and our operational systems. This would also include scalability, software implementation, utilization of offshore providers, and management against metrics, with a large focus on repeatable scalable people operations process. Operational excellence is essential to success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment supporting 3,000+ billable workers. As a contingent workforce solutions provider people are the core of Pinnacle’s business. The Senior Director will be a passionate advocate and hands-on player/coach for helping all members of the Pinnacle Group team to truly embrace and live our core values every day. We are convinced that the better we do this, the more successful our Company will be.

10-plus years of progressive, broad-based HR experience with at least 3 years leading an HR business partner team (manager level direct reports) in a fast-paced, tech-driven, entrepreneurial culture. Ideally, a minimum of 3 years at the Director/Sr. Director level reporting into VP/SVP as their #2. Proven track-record in planning, influencing, and implementing an enterprise-wide Human Capital strategy and operational plans with sustained and measurable business impact.

From the ground up skill and facility in project and change management is required. Skilled in Smartsheet as a tool for effective project building and tracking ideal. In addition, demonstrable involvement in and passion for building a shared services team to support a rapidly growing, dynamic, and high-volume business in large private or public company setting is essential.

Deep experience with enterprise HR-IS or HCM platforms including leveraging best practices and new modules relevant to the business mission. Strong preference to previous/current Workday platform expertise. Hands-on leadership in evaluating, engaging, and leading the organization to become more efficient and effective via new technologies to build scale by reducing manual work/processes.

Hands-on/player coach persona who will lead in all directions as needed. Develops strong leaders at the Manager and Lead level, scalable processes, and robust functions with accountability supported by facts/data. Track record of benchmarking (individual and department) performance against set KPIs and SLAs will be integral to the success of this role.

Exceptional communicator who has previously successfully supported a dynamic and demanding executive leadership team with both proactive input and data-driven analysis. The best leaders at Pinnacle are very comfortable leading through metrics up and down the organization. Able to articulate and persuade at all peer levels of the organization using data/facts and previous best practices experience, collectively.

Culturally, an excellent listener, humble, with a high EQ. Challenges team to stretch, balancing the need for being scrappy and resourceful with innovating and reliably scaling. Able to manage a high volume of operational details while serving as a tactical pivot point to the organization.
