Plans and directs the operational policies, objectives, and initiatives for a regional or global sector of the business. Develops policies and procedures for operational processes in order to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations. May need to regulate reasonable usage of manpower, equipment, and technology.


University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Extensive relevant experience, including project management experience, and recognized as a functional expert and thought leader, providing consultation to others.
