Senior Director Of Operations

What is required for the job:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

• Be responsible for and lead all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics

• Drive cost savings initiatives through process improvement, vendor negotiations, and other means

• Create and oversee safety and compliance programs to ensure the company is meeting all regulatory requirements

• Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives

• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

• Develop and manage budgets for the operations department

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred

• 7+ years of shown experience in operations management, with a track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues

• Experience in a fast-paced high growth environment

• Experience in the manufacturing, logistics, industry is preferred
