You are a results-driven senior B2B marketing leader that loves a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to build, scale, and optimize acquisition programs that drive the pipeline for our growing North American business leading a talented team of marketers that are in multiple geographies, mainly in North America and the Philippines.
Bringing seniority to match the growth expectations for this market and your remit is vast across partnerships, social, demand generation, events, and communications.
In this position, you will identify and optimize new channel opportunities and design and drive strategy resulting in new client acquisition and retention of existing clients. To achieve this, you will develop and execute best-in-class marketing programs, events, partnerships, and marketing nurture journeys.
Key to success in this role is your ability to review and optimize data & campaign performance, drive clear metrics, accountability, and strong partnerships with the sales team & your own marketing team.
What you’ll do
- Marketing nurture journeys create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
- Leadership: Bring strong leadership capabilities to ensure each team member is reaching their full potential across each discipline and bring/retain best-in-class talent to the team
- TOA Global social platforms to drive thought leadership, tell the TOA story & amplify the human experience
- Strategy: Own, drive & execute the North American marketing strategy to meet the business objective
- Comms strategy & plan for NA existing client market to reduce churn and increase NRR
- MQLs/BQLs: Ownership of marketing leads through best-in-class execution of strategy and execution across:
- Partnership channel & framework including identifying key partners, drive co- activities that result in value for our clients and partners
- In person & virtual events - strategy & execution of TOA owned, industry and partners
- Innovation: Constantly evolving and willing to explore new creative approaches and channels, ways of working
- Performance of outbound team and handover to sales
- Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships in NA Growth team & beyond as a trusted and strategic business advisor
About You
This role requires someone who is big on achieving marketing results but keen to collaborate and bring people along with them. While it is a senior role in the business, it will also require someone to be willing to ‘get their hands dirty’ when required therefore you must have the know-how and deep experience in B2B marketing across multi disciplines to be able to do this effectively. You are an inspirational leader, understanding how to get the best out of your team, across a range of experience levels and backgrounds but equally able to drive high performance.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B marketing role
- Experience in working with complex organizations or environments and able to prioritize, and solve burning issues quickly
- Ability to facilitate clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, be welcoming to change, comfortable working in a collaborative setting
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, and Advertising (highly regarded)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience of marketing leadership experience
- Thirst for knowledge – want to always stay up with the latest trends
- Experience in accounting or finance industry desired
- Experience with CRM system such as Hubspot, Marketo, Dynamic 365
