The Bently Nevada North America Sales Director will be accountable for the strategy & development of a team of Account Managers covering Canada, the US West Coast and the US Gulf area.
Partner with the best
You will lead, develop, & coach a team of 10 direct reports who focus on selling the full portfolio of product & service offerings for the Bently Nevada product line. You will also have customer-facing responsibilities & be expected to work across functions & territories to drive a cohesive strategy & develop relationship.
As an Account Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Interpreting and understand contractual commitments.
- Supporting Sales managers by contributing to territory strategy by identifying, generating and developing business growth opportunities within identified customers.
- Coaching team members and business leaders
- Guiding team members through developing, planning and executing detailed territory /account strategies.
- Providing feedback to the product line team on customer wants and needs
- Partnering with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex customers.
- Leading and be accountable for the performance, progress, and growth of 10 direct reports.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Marketing or Business
- Demonstrate ability to lead programs / projects
- Experience in Sales and Commercial Roles
- Have knowledge of Rotating Equipment and Asset Performance Management Solutions
