Job Title: Head of CX, North America
Job Location: 100% Remote
Job Salary: $200k - $250k + Benefits

Based in Austin, TX, we are changing the electric mobility and aims at becoming the standard for electric vehicles. Our disruptive corner technology enables a completely flat and modular chassis that supports mission-specific EVs from class 1 to class 6 for commercial vehicles and people movers.
Due to growth, we are seeking a Head of CX, North America to join our team!
Must have 8+ years in a Customer Experience and Sales related role with proven growth success within the Automotive industry (Electric Vehicle and/or Commercial Trucking). Must have 8+ years of experience deploying vehicles to dealership networks in North America.

What You Will Be Doing

• Set up an account management team and structure internal and external processes in line with dealers and customers needs to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles and ongoing work processes.
• Manage the relationship with dealers and third party service providers (upfitters, infrastructure etc).
• Build and develop deployment strategy and processes with dealers, fleets, and other customers.
• Oversee overall customer feedback process: work closely with customers to capture effective feedback and share information internally with aftersales & service, product and marketing teams.
• Increase existing customers sales orders and expand reach through existing dealers network.

What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related technical field required or graduate from an automotive vocational school preferred.
• Automotive industry experience (Electric Vehicle and/or Commercial Trucking)
• 8+ years of experience deploying vehicles to dealership networks in North America.
• 8+ years in a Customer Experience and Sales related role with proven growth success
