Your Day to Day

As a North America Sales Manager, you would be working on:

  • Actively review and manage opportunities through pipeline and forecast reviews with region and broader team.
  • Build, scale and execute channel program to deliver new business sales and growth targets
  • Coach and lead staff for growth and success and ultimately the achievement of their individual KPIs. This includes: AEs, CSM, Pre-Sales Engineers and OB vendor
  • Own the overall strategy for NA Outreach, including sales, partner relationships and SDR vendor.


What
We’re Looking For

As a North America Sales Manager, your background will look like:

  • 5+ years’ experience B2B SaaS Sales Management- MDM/UEM is a plus
  • Proven track record of leading high performing teams to exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the end-user, and including end-user experience driving mass adoption
  • Demonstrated success working with broad cross-functional teams with ability to sell ideas and plans to internal stakeholders, executives, customers, analysts, and partners.
  • Analytical approach with an affinity for problem-solving, negotiating, and time management.

Annual OTE [Base + Commissions Target] Range: $203,150 - $239,000 - $274,850

The above shows our ranges from minimum, midpoint to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
