Engagement: Full Time

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 Base Pay + Variable Pay + Startup Equity + World Class Benefits

Location: Fully Remote

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Manufactured is expanding its Executive team! We’re hiring someone to help our company grow.

We’re looking for a self-motivated Recruiter / HR specialist who ideally has the following profile:

• Past experience with startups, especially in a remote or distributed environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience with W2 and 1099’s.
• Past experience in building a remote team across several verticals including, Business, Finance, Technology and Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Fintech, Manufacturing and Supply Chain a plus.
• Lifelong learner, Excited by Steep learning curves, new industries, new approaches
• Background with HR Policies and procedures, especially as they impact both domestic and international employees.
• Proven ability to find candidates that are not only exceptional at their jobs, but make for a great cultural fit as well.
• Self-motivated, high integrity, strong collaborator
• Experience working with TriNet.
• Great at transferring company needs into action plans for hiring.

• Experience recruiting Technical and Non-Technical roles.
• Result oriented, over-communicative.
• Ability to sell potential candidates on the company and stay ahead of the recruiting curve.
• Collaborative mindset and team spirit.
• Ability to work in early stage startup environment
• Relationship driven.
• Ability to work cross functionally with CEO, COO and Business Unit Heads.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Drive organization initiatives in a self-directed accountable manner
• Build a recruiting database of ongoing talent for critical needs as well as potential needs.
• Work with internal teams to create positive culture in a remote and distributed environment.
• Interactively sharing progress to stakeholders.
• Build systems and processes that scale around an empowered management with quick turnaround times.
• Full HR and Benefits administration.

Must Have Experience / Skills:

• Demonstrated experience working in a cross functional team.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Past experience of success in a startup environment
• Startup Experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn a new skill / business / industry and execute complex projects with a sharp attention to detail.
• 3+ years experience at Recruiting

Nice to Have Experience / Skills:

• Startup Culture / Experience working in small, agile, fast moving teams.
• Past experience working in a fully remote team across time zones.
