Summary:
At Quigley, the Director of Growth contributes to activities that are directly related to the growth of the agency and its revenue. This position plays a critical role in representing the agency. Initiatives will exist that are directly client facing, while some initiatives will require being supportive of other Growth members that are leading the conversations. Internally, this position orchestrates team members/resources to create presentations with compelling story arcs that align Quigley’s services as a solution to specific brand challenges. As the agency innovates and launches new service offerings (across the consumer journey), this position will play an important role in developing a thought-leadership platform where Quigley can share agency expertise to generate leads and attract talent. This position is pivotal to the Growth department and will support additional marketing initiatives as the needs of the agency evolve.
Core Accountabilities:
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
· Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the agency's value proposition and capabilities.
· Identify and pursue growth opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
· Serve as key client liaison from initial evaluation through onboarding and account handoff.
· Coordinate with department leaders and account leads to gather success stories and build compelling, multi-dimensional case studies.
· Drive production and distribution of agency thought leadership and news with internal experts and external PR team.
· Support website updates, blog content development, and agency social media presence.
· Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
· Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Experience working in an agency environment, with a deep understanding of the creative process, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their full potential.
· Knowledge of omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics, with a focus on digital marketing channels and emerging technologies.
Academic/Educational Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Required Skills/Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving agency and client growth.
· Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.).
· Comfortable with CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.) and various syndicated research tools (Kantar, Nielsen, Pathmatics, Magellan, etc.)
