Job Summary:
As a key member of the marketing team, your main role is to lead inbound and outbound marketing campaigns with the goal to increase awareness and demand for RecycleOS. You will also have a coordinating role in PR/media, events and brand building projects. You will have a small team of marketing professionals, content, web and PR agency that is highly efficient and motivated to help accomplish your goals. This is a central role with visibility at the highest levels of the company and unlimited upside to grow your career.
Job Requirements:
- Assist SDRs with lead gen content and strategy
- Plan and execute insightful content led inbound marketing campaigns working closely with executive and product team and external content agency
- Plan and execute outbound and account based marketing campaigns across all channels including paid social, media, email and direct mail
- Assist executive team with thought leadership and strategic marketing projects
- Assist in coordinating PR, awards and events working with PR agency and internal marketing team
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a growth stage tech, finance, or consulting company strongly preferred
- Experience building demand gen function from the ground up in a startup environment
- Experience implementing marketing automation and digital marketing campaigns, strong preference for experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot or Marketo
- 4-year undergraduate degree (STEM preferred), MBA is a strong plus
- Track record of being a top performer among peers
- Experience leveraging marketing partnerships to drive lead gen growth
- Proficiency in marketing analytics (and numbers in general) mandatory
- Creativity and curiosity are highly desired traits
- Must be able to thrive in a team-first and experimental environments
