Mackenzie Stuart is currently working with one of the US’ leading PE-backed women’s healthcare companies. They are working to make women’s healthcare data-driven, personalized, and technologically advanced. By leveraging their current technology and utilising a patient-centered approach they believe this will enable them to drastically improve the standard and efficiency of women’s health. They are continuously looking at their services offered and expanding all services to provide a well-rounded and comprehensive care plan.

Our client have rapid growth plans in place to meet the need for high quality, patient-centered care. With multiple new markets they want to launch in they are looking for a Sr director of FP&A who will play an integral role in this growth.

Role

This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to influence data-driven business decisions. The Finance team has exposure to all facets of the business and plays a crucial role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead all strategic efforts by evaluating key strategic initiatives
• Oversee all FP&A activity as the organisation continues with organic & inorganic growth
• Analysing all practice growth and service line expansion opportunities
• Analysing key market demographics
• Lead staretgic projects such as key deal proceses
• Oversee M&A activity & due diligence

· Forecast EBITDA and cash flow

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelors in Finance. The ideal candidate will have experience with high growth companies that are scaling at a rapid rate and will feel comfortable in this fast paced environment. At least 5 years FP&A/strategic finance experience in healthcare is also essential as this person must be a self-starter who is comfortable leading the strategic finance team.
