Director, Healthcare Product Management

In compliance with applicable State regulatory authorities, COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series). Exceptions from the COVID-19 vaccine requirement are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical or fully remote exemption. Requests for medical exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved medical exemption is required to start work.

Note: Individuals are eligible to receive a COVID-19 booster two months after completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19. Because vaccine-induced immunity can wane over time, MSK continues to strongly urge all staff to get a COVID-19 booster as soon as they become eligible to maintain their protective immunity for a longer period.

Within the broader Digital Informatics and Technology Solutions (DigITs) organization, the Product Management & Business delivery team is responsible for product strategy, execution and adoption for large scale digital solutions that support MSK employees, clinicians and health consumers.

Beyond working with the technology, itself, we aim to understand the people who use it and the processes affected by its implementation. We empower our clinicians and patients with tools that support the best outcomes, and we support our researchers in their efforts to forge new territory in precision oncology. We evaluate our interventions to prove that the work we are doing is impactful, and we weigh costs and benefits to measure value and prioritize future initiatives.

We are undergoing a major digital transformation in support of our mission. The Director, Healthcare Product Manage ment will have thorough knowledge of the product management lifecycle and proven experience building digital solutions and growing high performing teams in a scaled agile environment. This individual will be responsible for leading complex initiatives and managing a portfolio of digital offerings for Clinical users from strategy, through execution and adoption.

This role has a requirement of 2 days/week on site in NYC.
