Who You Are


You are thoughtful and conscientious, a clear leader who is excited by transformation and wants to have a hand in shaping the future of a business. You will play a critical role in accelerating the growth of our healthcare channel, building on the strong momentum underway by working to implement new tools and processes to help our Healthcare Account executives work with more families in need of care as they are being discharged from healthcare facilities. You are motivated by the opportunity to support families through some of the most difficult decisions they have to make and instill the company’s values and mission through all that you do.


What You Will Do


  • Quarterback in-market pilots in collaboration with teams across the business, such as: Home Care, Senior Living Sales Operations, Product & Technology, and Business Insights. Track and report on results, iterating quickly to prove value and roll out at scale
  • Partner with Business Insights to create the actionable dashboards to measure and manage to performance against plan
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative investigations into family, account, and territory dynamics to identify opportunities for improving the channel’s operations and informing the overall channel strategy
  • Facilitate revamping of our Salesforce instance through a deep understanding of the channel’s operations to improve its utility as an active tool as opposed to a repository
  • Develop territories based on account potential that are balanced, geographically feasible, and sustainable for each Healthcare Account Executive
  • Overhaul our account scoring and prioritization and work with Sales leaders to develop a new account and contact strategy that will drive strong relationships with each facility
  • Create scalable processes and tools to increase the volume of families we work with and the success rate of helping those families find care
  • Support C-level enterprise sales and account management efforts at some of the largest healthcare systems in the country by demonstrating the impact we have on their patients


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint required. Tableau and Salesforce is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in an operations role or hands on project management focused on driving complex implementations and process improvements
  • Outcome-driven, utilizes data to form hypotheses and deliver solutions using an iterative approach
  • Highly analytical, with strong data modeling experience and ability to leverage data to make decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Proven track record of bringing projects, pilots, and initiatives to fruition as a high-energy leader
  • Experience in change management and innovation. Thrives in a fast-paced, change infused, demanding environment with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders across businesses and leadership levels
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated ability to forge strong working relationships across teams
  • Experience in individual contributor roles that require leveraging other teams to achieve your goals
