Job Description

Director of Digital Marketing - Oriskany, NY

Monday - Friday

$50k - $70k Salary


Position Objective: To develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan within marketing department focused on growing company’s digital platform of e-commerce web sales using brand awareness techniques and available industry resources to increase sales revenue and generate sales leads for sales department.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Set current and long-term goals and vision within marketing department for digital brand awareness.
  2. Present and align marketing campaigns with senior management and sales department objectives.
  3. Prioritize marketing projects and align resources accordingly to execute goal(s).
  4. Maintain and continually improve web based online search presence of products and company.
  5. Manage a PPC budget and maximize return on investment of AdWords spend with google.
  6. Develop a content strategy complete with a content calendar to boost organic traffic to company websites.
  7. Promote company through social media and execute a social media strategy to increase followers/members.
  8. Execute upon existing email marketing campaigns by alignment of content of resources within department.
  9. Assist as needed with in person events such as trade shows or company hosted functions.
  10. Oversee the creation of digital and physical assets such as videos, whitepapers, and graphics used on website.
  11. Monitor campaigns and report findings quarterly to senior management with suggestions for improvement.
  12. Regularly examine the competitive landscape and stay up to date with industry companies and trends.
  13. Continue refinement and updates on company website including missing documents, pictures, descriptions and develop relationship with web sales associates.
  14. Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness through partnerships and incorporating logos on manufactured products where appropriate.
  15. Expand E-commerce opportunities in general.

Qualifications:

  1. 8 Years+ of proven work experience in marketing leadership or other senior role.
  2. Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
  3. A mastery of Google AdWords and Google analytics.
  4. A strong understanding of search engine optimization fundamentals.
  5. Experience with lead generation and attribution tracking.
  6. Strategic mindset with strong analytical and project management skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills and organizational ability.


Education:

  1. Associates degree (required)
  2. Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
