Director Of Corporate Development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in developing acquisition business case analyses and execute and interface with finance, legal, HR and other departments to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Meet with startups and other potential targets, evaluate new products and technologies, and map ecosystems.
• Support company’s growth strategy through identification, assessment and execution of potential acquisitions, investments and similar corporate activities.
• Conduct analysis including valuation and business case modeling to provide detailed guidance and insight into potential acquisitions, investments, deal structures and other strategic opportunities.
• Evaluate and execute other strategic initiatives such as joint ventures, divestitures, licensing and partnership activities.
• Establish and lead a process to identify and evaluate potential opportunities based on a deep understanding of the company’s product roadmap.
• Build relationships with the leadership team to keep an ongoing flow of ideas that is aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Responsible for communication between the executive team and its current and future potential investors.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree, Economics, finance, or related field;
• Experience must be in Corporate Development, specifically in global Mergers and Acquisitions.
• 5 years experience as Chief Executive, Financial Manager, Financial Analyst, or Related Occupation.
• Travel 10% of time.
• Must also have experience in preparing SPAC/IPO offerings within FINTECH and/or gaming markets.
