About the role

The Associate Director, Learning and Development, will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs and initiatives that align with company goals, strategies, and values. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify learning needs, create engaging learning experiences, and measure program effectiveness.

Detailed Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders and HR to diagnose needs, design programs, and deliver learning solutions.
• Curate content for and oversee the production of monthly learning and development newsletter.
• Perform administrative duties related to learning programs and systems.
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Track and report on learning program participation, completion rates, and efficacy.
• Conceptualize and create visually engaging and impactful learning materials including presentations in PowerPoint, videos, job aids, and e-learning modules.
• Stay current on trends and innovations in corporate learning and development.
• Manage learning projects from needs assessment through implementation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience developing and facilitating training programs
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff
• Creative ability to turn concepts into impactful visuals and learning experiences
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience launching learning management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design or a related field
• Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Apple Keynote
