Job Title: Director of Corporate Development (Remote)

Lead the initial acquisition process including: confidentiality agreements; initial due diligence; preliminary financial modeling; transaction valuation; and term sheet preparation

Address post-closing activities - post-close adjustment determination, escrow releases, dispute resolution, rep and warranty insurance expiration dates, etc.

Residential property management industry experience (i.e. solutions vendor) a plus

Active real estate or property management license, maintained in good standing, in the State of residence a plus

Develop and manage relationships with potential partners to generate new deals

Serve as a sounding board for portfolio managers leading change within their own organizations.

Work with project managers to develop KPIs and a tracking system to manage execution.
