Job Description

The Director of Nonprofit Partnerships (DNP) is responsible for championing relationship-building with nonprofit partners and working with AllPeople’s Marketing team to create strategies for effective and efficient engagement to drive customer traffic to AllPeople’s ecommerce website in a manner that produces revenue for AllPeople and charitable donations for the nonprofit partners via Shopping Gives.The DNP reports to the Chief Marketing Officer of the Company.


Responsibilities

  • Promote the philosophy of collective impact initiatives and continuum of care w our nonprofit communities.
  • Represent AllPeople Marketplace at nonprofit conferences and events, virtually and in person when available, to share information about partner benefits, programs, and services.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of relationship managers and outreach specialists, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
  • Lead the company’s effort to actively and regularly engagewith nonprofit partners to create revenue for the company and charitable donations for the nonprofit organizations.
  • Develop and implement a clear strategy to recruit new nonprofit partners and maintain existing partnerships, reaching across all demographics of nonprofit organizations in the US.
  • Provide support for usage of partner benefits, including joint marketing efforts, landing pages, website features, etc.
  • Keep current and disseminate information on data, reports, trends, and advocacy efforts relevant to the nonprofit community.

  • Skilled at effectively presenting information and ideas to individuals and audiences of nonprofit professionals.


Education and Experience:

  • Five to seven years of experience in a similar role designing, launching, and/or maintaining relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven skills for influencing and collaborating with coworkers.


Compensation and Expected Commitment:

  • Compensation is equity based only until such time in the future when the company has funding sources available to compensate staff in salary, at the sole discretion of the Company.
