Public Relations Coordinator- Fashion Brand

Our client, a famous fashion brand, is looking for a Public Relations Coordinator to join their team in New York! This is a full time hour contract role set to last until October.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help with media monitoring, press placement tracking & impressions
• Proactively strategizes, trouble shoots and consistently creates solutions where needed
• Compile assets for press requests and internal partners: product imagery, fact sheets, launch information etc.
• Support product pulls for editorial, influencer & VIP styling requests: including in-store product pulls and online product ordering & tracking
• Manage Brand Gifting / Seeding
• Create recap decks that include event highlights, social, and media impressions for distribution to team
• Assist with packaging & personalization logistics, product pulling, notecard creation, shipment/fulfillment & additional administrative tasks for gifting
• Support the PR team with all activation and event related logistics: onsite support, gifting initiatives, product fulfillment liaison, and invitee list support as needed.
• Support with distribution of assets and communications to International partners, and help assist as onsite support for global PR media initiatives in the summer & fall timeframe
• Acts as a collaborative liaison to all internal partners, supporting strong, trusting relationships and communication flow

Qualifications:

• Collaborative team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2-3 years of experience in Public Relations with fashion or beauty brands
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow tight deadlines
