Spritz Society is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to create innovative and thought-provoking marketing partnerships. This individual will work with buzz-worthy brands to leverage sponsorships and implement integrated marketing campaigns to grow the company and succeed targeted goals. This role is meant for someone who can skillfully build relationships, track pop culture trends, and craft opportunities to surprise and delight consumers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead outreach to potential partners and act as the brand expert in new business pitches and campaign meetings.
- Create all proposal materials, generate leads, and serve as the day-to-day liaison between brands and internal departments.
- Track marketing campaign performance and evaluate success of all brand partnerships, adjusting approaches as needed to support sales and revenue objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with all partners, leading communication, setting deadlines, finalizing creative and executing on the delivery of key assets throughout the partnership campaign.
- Work cross-functionally within the brand to set campaign targets and outline quarterly goals.
- Monitor the market for emerging brands and keep a finger on the pulse of pop culture trends.
- Assist in the ideation and execution of all partner marketing campaigns, activations, stunts, and experiential opportunities, while managing all client and agency partner needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated history of building successful marketing campaigns across brands/agencies.
- Minimum 3+ years of strategic brand marketing or partnership marketing
- Previous beverage alcohol industry experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), presentations, (Keynote or Powerpoint), and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Detailed understanding and passion for marketing trends and cutting-edge strategies.
- Ability to generate creative solutions under deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills used effectively across all levels of the internal organization and with external partners.
- Self-starter with a strong hold on time-management and fast-paced execution.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently and with a team.
