Director, Employee Relations Jobs

Leads team member relations and rewards and recognition programs for the organization in alignment with Mission, Shared Purpose and Values. Works with all levels of leadership to ensure fairness, consistency and equity in all processes, policies, and approach. Serves as a the subject matter expert for labor relations, team member relations and employment laws and regulations.

• Establish, and maintain case management system for complaints, recommendations and follow-up
• Responsible for the maintaining, review, modifying and creating, if necessary, all HR Policies
• Responsible for separation, termination and severance policy, processes, and approval
• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of HR and Employee Relations and/or Legal Experience, Masters Degree and 4 years, or Juris Doctorate and 3 years,
• Responsible for the exit interview platform
• Identify new opportunities for rewarding, recognizing, and celebrating team members, leaders, and physician partners
• Partner with leaders on discipline/corrective action and implement necessary tools for leaders to navigate
• Sets best practice, process and leads a team through complex investigations on allegations and issues that have legal impact, including EEO issues
• Responsible for disparate impact analysis related to any separations
• Responsible for setting up policy and procedure related to rehire eligibility appeals
• Work with stakeholders to identify appropriate investigatory processes related to compliance, HR, and other issues
• Identify case management trends to ensure proactive approach, training, and education
• Provide tools, resources, and training to assist leaders and Team Members in understanding and finding necessary resources, policies and interpretation of policies
• Responsible for termination codes, definitions and rehire eligibility related alignment
• Demonstrated performance and progressive leadership in HR, Employee Relations and/or legal field.
• Responsible for guidelines and processes associated with team member grievances and appeals
• Partner on Unemployment Claims
• Leads rewards and recognition programs for the organization
• Experience in managing legal cases around employment matters
