What You Will Do

Drive Operational Excellence by ensuring department is delivering customer service excellence to Human Resources, Payroll professionals and employee by maintaining a best-in-class service approach.

• Manage case workload as part of team including case resolution, partnership with HR Community, collaboration with COE or Counsel as necessary
• Data quality as it relates to transactional updates or case notes

• Advanced Degrees
• Experience with Employee Relations, Sensitive HR Case Handling,
• Labor Relations
• Employee Relations Cases May Include Issues Involving ( not inclusive):
• Collaborate on the case details and support required to resolve complex employee relations issues and calls
• Years of Experience 2+ in HR environment or contact center with HR support
• Job Specific Experience/Skills including negotiations, prior coaching, labor relations
• Technical Skills (i.e., SAP, MS Office, etc.), SuccessFactors, SAP, ServiceNow or other similar systems
