We are looking for someone who can inspire a high performing regional sales team through performance, candor, transparency and a healthy dose of competition. A great candidate knows what it takes to roll up their sleeves and problem solve- but an ideal candidate can perceive and derail a problem before it arrives.

This role works in our Seattle office Monday through Wednesday, then remote Thursday & Friday. There is travel involved with this position (~25%)

The things you'll be doing...

  • Manage, coach, develop, and hire business development teammates
  • Leverage data and insights to prioritize and inform your efforts
  • Strategize ways to drive revenue growth and new go to market opportunities
  • Responsible for driving day to day performance of the Seattle-based business development teammates including monitoring, tracking goals and metrics, call-listening, and coaching on performance
  • Stay close to homebuyers and agents to generate real time insights that may advise the business on product and experience opportunities
  • Drive business development efforts by establishing and building strategic relationships with real estate agents across Tomo’s markets
  • Identify and execute opportunities to build Tomo’s awareness, credibility and trust with real estate agents
  • Contribute to agent marketing materials and other assets, and participate in or lead presentations to agents or internal Tomo teams
  • Directly manage the relationships for elite real estate agents

  • Maintaining optimism, composure, and focus while facing challenges

You may have the extras...

  • 7+ years of experience within real estate, mortgage, sales or partnerships

The expected on target earnings for this role will be between $220,000 - $240,000
