Marketing Director, Americas Jobs

Our client is a global provider of SaaS solutions for SAP DevOps and testing. They allow Fortune 1000 companies to test their mission-critical software and track any changes with the lowest possible risk to their software ecosystem. They are seeking a Director of Marketing for North America who will oversee marketing efforts in the Americas.

About The Role

• Reporting into the VP of Global Marketing, but will collaborate frequently with the CRO and VP of Sales in the Americas
• Evaluate campaign performance, focusing on core lead generation, pipeline growth, and overall return on investment (ROI). Gather competitor insights from the region and share them with the HQ marketing function.
• Analyze ideal customer persona (ICP) insights to enhance and evolve company messaging. Collaborate with the Sales team to design tailored solutions that meet customer needs and ensure successful outcomes.
• Regionalize global marketing efforts for the Americas
• Take full ownership of the marketing mix, including website management, conferences and events, CRM and marketing platforms, social media, paid ads/organic social, regional webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Collaborate with external agencies for creative and PR initiatives.

About You

• SAP ecosystem experience is highly desirable
• 5+ years of SaaS marketing experience
• Must be a humble, thoughtful, and a great collaborator
• Ideally a marketing generalist; experience with ABM, Content, Demand Generation, PR, Analyst Relations, Partner Marketing, Website Management, etc.
• Ideally located in Dallas, but they are open to remote candidates in EST large(easy to fly from) cities as well
