Definitive Logic is seeking a Business Analyst IV to join our San Antonio, TX team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess application functionality, gather user feedback, and evaluate the value each application brings to the business
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Select appropriate analysis methodologies and documentation standards
• Participate in Salesforce CRM Cloud application assessment and roadmap planning for a portfolio of 50 applications including design and documentation testing
• Anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and design innovative solutions
• Orchestrate coordination between stakeholders, end users, and technical teams
• Operate as a trusted advisor that helps the team and its customers achieve their CRM goals
• Collaborate with team members via MS Teams, and Zoom, comments, documents, and frequent video conferences
• Stimulate new ideas and offer out-of-the-box thinking
• Work with agile development methodologies adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
• Perform planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetings
• Provide guidance as necessary for lower-level employees
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys making a difference through technical contributions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years hands-on analyst experience for software engineering projects
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• BS Degree preferably but relevant experienced with Salesforce CRM implementations considered
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with application assessments using CAST Highlight and CAST Imaging software analysis tools
