JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various digital projects within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. You will be the driving force behind successful project execution, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure project deliverables adhere to quality standards and meet requirements
• Collaborate with clients, SEO team, developers, and other outside vendors or parties involved to establish the vision for the website
• Set expectations for clients to ensure project success
• Ensure that approved requirements are clearly communicated and outlined in scope and detail that will result in the delivery of a website solution that meets client needs as they perceive them
• Assist in developing site plans, hierarchy/architecture, and wireframes
• Consult with internal stakeholders to determine the website's desired appearance and functionalities
• Act as the liaison between clients and third-party developers while overseeing the development of web projects from inception to deployment/completion

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience using Wordpress, WP Engine, and Shopify (bonus if you have experience in custom design within these platforms)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Expertise in web design (designing in Wordpress, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.)
• Ability to create mockups in AdobeXD, Figma, or equivalent design/prototyping application
• Proficient in CSS
• Commitment to quality and client satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Proactive problem-solving and risk management
• Understanding of organizational hierarchy of website content & pages
• Proficient in SEO
• Experience working within a CMS
• Thorough understanding of web design best practices as they pertain to fonts, copy, layout, image sizes, SEO, navigation, etc.
