A day in the life…

The ideal Digital Ops Project Manager 2 thinks strategically to drive results for high priority initiatives to reduce customer and employee friction. The Project Manager 2 will provide research and informed advice to facilitate business decisions; as well as develop structured project plans and frameworks for fast project delivery. In this role the Project Manager 2 will:

• Engage with other teams across the company to influence outcomes, build relationships, encourage swift decision making and drive momentum to achieve results
• Manage complexity across a broad portfolio of projects, ensuring that results are delivered on time
• Align key stakeholders on project KPIs, understand reporting needs, and collect performance metrics to analyze progress and measure success
• Influence and manage project teams, sub-teams and subject matter experts
• Provide expertise in problem solving, root cause analysis and development of business cases to drive decision making, including assessing financial and operational impact
• Develop, test, and implement improvements in operational performance within Merch Operations and partnering business groups
• Manage and effectively communicate project changes to project teams and Stakeholders

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in ecommerce operations, project management or multichannel retail; management or leadership experience preferred

California: $69,500 - $132,000 Annually, Colorado: $69,500 - $115,000 Annually, Nevada: $69,500 - $115,000 Annually, New York: $69,500 - $132,000 Annually, Rhode Island: $69,500 - $115,000 Annually, Washington: $69,500 - $132,000 Annually
