Digital Communications Project Manager

We are a rapidly growing online health movement that is equipping hundreds of thousands to Live Good. We want to add a Digital Marketing Communications Project Manager for our Marketing team. Ideally having experience in marketing, building/managing marketing campaigns, and leading a team. Ideally looking for someone that has experience with some of the following: eComm marketing, email and campaign charters (emails, text, push), newsletters, copywriting, sales funnels, graphics, and social media growth. With all of our growth we want to add a team member to help work with our marketing team to drive the building of our campaigns and events. You would be responsible for organizing, planning, segmenting, checking quality assurance, strategizing and executing the marketing plan weekly and monthly. This person will also be leading a team and making sure all projects are executed and overseen with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Project Manager - organizing and leading the marketing team and our agencies with quality assurance
• SMS Campaigns
• Technology and Customer Experience Troubleshooting
• Assist with the creation and scheduling of social content
• Ad Copy
• Newsletters
• Experience in: Shopify, Klaviyo, and Asana
• Push Campaigns
• Marketing emails

• Organized and attention to detail
• Self-motivated - willing to be led but does not need hand-holding
• Shopify, Klaviyo, and Asana proficient
