We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who is a seasoned professional at working with cross-functional teams and clients with complex financial portfolios. The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in helping to deliver digital products and marketing solutions to the world’s leading fintech and financial institutions.

1. The position requires the ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects. It requires someone who is assertive, and has agency specific experience.
2. The role requires a general technical background, strong business knowledge and very strong project management skills.
3. It is extremely important for this person to possess excellent communication skills to routinely interact with team members and external clients. The Senior Project Manager will be obsessed with customer success and helping ensure that our clients remain so for the long-term.
4. The work is varied and challenging and you must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities include:

• Is comfortable collaborating with delivery leads and leading client communications
• Serves as lead project manager on client engagements
• Establishes standard reports for project teams and clients
• Provides accurate time and resourcing forecasting for existing and upcoming engagements
• Ensures repeatable processes are in place and documented
• Oversees project estimations and the development of project deliverables. Establishes and maintains processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle. Champions project management best practices across the organization
• Effectively communicate and manage client's expectations throughout the project delivery process.
• Ensures team is meeting established timeline and goals
• Proactively resolving roadblocks before they impact the successful delivery of the project.
• Systematically tracks project tasks and risks ensuring projects stay within budget and project hours.
• Manage and coordinate integrated project plans to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Establishes and maintains consistent and high-quality project communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. 7+ years experience in digital media/marketing/analytics in a project manager role
2. Ideal candidate would have strong experience with website project management
3. Experience delivering digital products and programs within an agency environment
4. Experience using modern project management tools and software
5. Ability to prioritize project deliverables and incident handling across the organization
6. Self-motivated and ability to work independently in meeting deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Starts at $80,000
