Digital Media Specialist

Are you passionate about digital marketing – social media, web and tech savvy? We are looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join the marketing team of a consumer goods client of ours and lead and execute paid social media, display and SEM campaigns. This position is focused on managing multiple paid digital campaigns and requires first-hand media experience in a similar role without the support of a third party agency. This is a unique opportunity to touch a wide range of digital marketing projects in a branded CPG company!

This role is in office and will accept Boston area only applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Research paid media options to achieve campaign goals and identify new opportunities to drive trial and sales
• Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing Specialist to support creative for paid campaigns and ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
• Grow and improve the paid media programs and process to increase performance
• Create target audience and creative recommendations to meet campaign goals and deliver to desired customer segments
• Track and frequently optimize / adjust campaigns based on performance or changes to strategy
• Oversee daily performance, budget pacing and trends
• Compile monthly performance reports and final campaign analysis including website analytics
• Manage direct relationships with media partners/publishers such as Facebook
• Develop and execute measurable media communication plans, leveraging a wide variety of social and digital channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google
• Responsible for all day to day operations from start to finish without agency assistance: strategic media planning, budget allocation, campaign set up, measurement and tracking, implementation, and optimization

Qualifications:

• Willingness to roll up their sleeves and tackle initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications
• At least 2 years of extensive and proven experience in a similar role with direct paid media management on Facebook and Google, without the assistance of an agency or PMD
• Strong project management skills, communication skills, high attention to detail
• Knowledge of current trends and innovation in media, measurement, and analytics
• Experience with ad management platforms, measurement tools, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
